All returned merchandise must remain brand new, unopened and untouched with complete original packaging intact, without any damages that may hinder resale.
Custom-made goods, discounted clearance items and personal hygiene products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once sold.
If returns are caused by personal preferences or subjective reasons, buyers shall cover all return shipping expenses. In cases of product defects or transit damage, we will take full responsibility for all shipping fees.
Once we receive and fully inspect your returned items, refunds will be issued via your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
