Order Arrangement Timeline


We strive to arrange your purchases efficiently for speedy delivery. Kindly verify product style, color and specifications carefully before completing payment, as no revision or alteration is allowed after order submission. Once officially confirmed in our system, orders cannot be revoked or amended anymore.

Normally, we finish internal order sorting within 2-5 working days upon successful payment clearance. Goods will be handed over to logistics providers on the subsequent working day after preparation is done. The overall international transit period ranges from 7 to 15 working days under normal circumstances.

All goods are dispatched straight from our mainland China warehouse. Longer handling periods may be needed during official holidays and big sales seasons, and we sincerely appreciate your kind understanding.

Shipment Notification


Right after goods leave our warehouse, we will send out a delivery alert email to your reserved mailbox, attached with complete tracking numbers and inquiry links for you to check real-time logistics status conveniently.

Delivery expenses are calculated according to actual parcel weight and destination location. For all cross-border shipments, buyers shall independently bear all local customs tariffs, import levies and relevant clearance expenses.

Logistics Tracking Rules


Buyers are supposed to keep an eye on shipping updates actively, and timely submit various certification materials required by local customs departments and delivery agencies.

In cases where parcels are sent back or delivery fails due to buyers’ failure to check logistics information, submit necessary documents or respond to delivery notifications in a timely manner, we will not provide free refunds or re-delivery services. You need to place a new order if you still need the goods.

Delivery Relevant Tips


Customs inspection procedures in different regions may take extra time and require supplementary documents, which may lead to slight delays in scheduled delivery time. We suggest you check tracking information frequently to know the latest delivery situation.

We cooperate with mainstream local postal services and formal courier companies to complete final distribution. In most regions, parcels will be delivered together with ordinary mails. If no one is available to sign for receipt, the delivery side will leave a pickup notice with detailed collection guidelines.

Tariff and Customs Rules


After cross-border parcels arrive at the destination country, they may be charged import taxes, customs duties and other official fees formulated by local competent authorities.

All these additional expenses shall be fully undertaken by the recipient, and our company will not bear any related costs. You may consult local customs departments for specific charging standards in advance.

Buyers need to learn about local mailing regulations and import forbidden/restricted item rules by themselves. We shall not be held accountable for goods being detained or rejected by customs due to violation of local entry regulations.

Overseas Payment Extra Charges


If your payment card settles accounts in non-US dollar currencies, the real-time exchange rate adopted by your issuing bank may differ from the reference rate displayed on our platform. Besides, banks may collect additional international cross-border handling fees.

All such differential expenses and rate gaps are stipulated and charged by your own bank, which have nothing to do with our store. Please turn to your bank for detailed consultation.

Although our platform supports displaying prices in multiple regional currencies, all final settlement transactions are completed in US dollars through Stripe payment channel.

Order Change & Cancellation Rules


If you have demands to cancel orders or adjust purchase contents, please contact our customer service team at the earliest time right after placing orders.

To guarantee fast delivery speed, we will arrange warehouse picking and packing procedures promptly. Once orders enter the pre-delivery preparation process, no modification and cancellation applications will be accepted.

Please be noted that orders that have been fully packed or already shipped out cannot be cancelled for any reason.
